Ingredients
500g self-raising flour
2 big potatoes
Pinch Cumin powder
Salt to taste
Preparation
Boil and mash the potatoes. Add little bit Olive oil, salt to a taste and pinch of cumin powder.
Make dough with self-raising flour. Mix self-raising flour with little bit oil and salt. Make well in the self-raising flour and add warm water and mix.
Knead flour for 10 mins
Make 9 round balls
Roll the balls to 4 inch diameter
Put 1 tbsp mash potato in each one
Fold it and make a ball
Roll into roti cook in the tawa (turn it and oil it both side)
Serve with Chicken curry
