Aloo roti

Ingredients

  • 500g self-raising flour

  • 2 big potatoes

  • Pinch Cumin powder

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Boil and mash the potatoes. Add little bit Olive oil, salt to a taste and pinch of cumin powder.

  2. Make dough with self-raising flour. Mix self-raising flour with little bit oil and salt. Make well in the self-raising flour and add warm water and mix. 

  3. Knead flour for 10 mins

  4. Make 9 round balls

  5. Roll the balls to 4 inch diameter

  6. Put 1 tbsp mash potato in each one

  7. Fold it and make a ball

  8. Roll into roti cook in the tawa (turn it and oil it both side)


Serve with Chicken curry
