Ingredients
Chicken pieces with bone (drumsticks and thighs works well)
BBQ seasoning
Chicken seasoning
Black and White Pepper
Mixed herbs
Soy sauce
Salt
BBQ sauce
Onions
Garlic
Preparation
Coat the chicken in all of the seasonings and sauces. Leave it to marinate for 2 hours or more.
Chop some onions into large cubes and thickly slice some garlic cloves
Fry the onions and garlic in oil till it starts to become gold
Add the marinated Chicken pieces and cook until it seals
Add enough boiled water to cover the chicken, bring to boil and simmer for 30 minutes
Once finished, check the taste and add more salt & seasoning if needed
Serve with fried rice
