Cabbage and Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 Lamb rib (cut for curry and washed)

  • 1 white Cabbage (chopped 5mm thick and washed)

  • 1 1/2 onion (chopped)

  • 4 clove Garlic (chopped)

  • 1 tsp Ginger paste

  • 4 tsp Dhaniya (coriander) powder

  • 2 tsp Jeera (cumin) powder

  • 2 tsp Haldi (turmeric) powder

  • 1 tsp Chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala

  • 1 tin tomato

  • 4 tsp Salt

Preparation

  1. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger until golden

  2. Add all the spices & salt and stir

  3. Add little bit water

  4. Add the tinned tomatoes and leave 1-2 minutes to melt

  5. Add the Ribs in and seal

  6. Add water until all the Ribs are covered

  7. Bring it to boil then simmer for 40 mins or until Ribs are cooked

  8. Add the Cabbage and cook for 15 mins
