Ingredients
2 cup chapati flour
pinch of salt
pinch of baking powder
2 tsp of oil
some tepid water
Preparation
Mix everything except water
Make a well in the flour
Add some water
Mix the flour with water
Add some more water if needed
Knead to make sticky dough
Knead it until nice and smooth
Split into 8 portions
Roll it out each into a circle
Cook them in a pan on medium heat. Cook one side then turn over to cook the other side
