Ingredients
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp margarine
1 pint milk
4 ounce grated cheese
pinch of salt
ground black pepper
Preparation
Warm the flour and margarine in a pan
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cook it a little bit
Add milk and whisk it until it becomes thick
Add cheese, stir and turn it off right way
Can be used in Lasagne, Macaroni cheese or as a sauce for Chicken or Fish.
