Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp margarine

  • 1 pint milk

  • 4 ounce grated cheese

  • pinch of salt

  • ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Warm the flour and margarine in a pan

  2. Add salt and pepper to taste

  3. Cook it a little bit

  4. Add milk and whisk it until it becomes thick

  5. Add cheese, stir and turn it off right way


Can be used in Lasagne, Macaroni cheese or as a sauce for Chicken or Fish.
