Ingredients
2lb boneless Chicken breast (chopped to tikka size)
1-2 large onions
3 bell peppers
6 tomatoes
1 tsp of ginger paste
Little bit chilli powder
Little bit Barbeque seasoning
Little bit Chicken seasoning
Little bit Mixed herb
Little bit Soya sauce
Salt & pepper
Preparation
Mix the chicken with ginger paste and all seasoning/sauces and leave in the fridge to marinate for few hours
Chop the Onions and Peppers into roughly 1 inch pieces
Chop the Tomatoes into 8
Put everything onto skewers in your preferred arrangement and brush lightly with cooking oil
Cook under grill or on BBQ until the chicken is fully cooked
