Ingredients
1lb Mincemeat
500g Easy cook rice
1 bunch of Greek parsley (chopped)
1 Tin of tomatoes (grated)
4 fresh Tomatoes (grated)
1 big Onion (grated)
1 green and 1 red pepper (grated)
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp Salt
250g butter
4 packets or 1 large jar Vine leaves
Preparation
Mix everything except Vine leaves
Wash the Vine leaves
Put some mixture into each Vine leaf
Wrap them into Dolma shape
Stack Dolma in pressure cooker and add enough water to cover the Dolma
Cook for 20 mins in pressure cooker
