Ingredients
500g White potato
12 Eggs
12 oz Self Raising Flour
Salt
Pinch Jeera (cumin) powder
Preparation
Boil the White potato and Mash. Add put some olive oil, salt and cumin powder and mix
Hard boil the Eggs (5 mins) and take shells off
Wrap Egg with Mashed potato and make into ball. Make remaining potato into small balls (1.5 inch)
Make batter with Self-raising Flour, water and Salt and pepper. It should be runny but thick enough to stick to the potato.
Coat the Egg and potato balls with the batter
Deep fry them in the Chips pan (Gas mark 3) until they take a little bit colour
