Ingredients

  • 500g Flour

  • 250g Butter

  • 1 tin Condensed milk

  • 8 Cardomoms (ground)

  • 500g sugar (for syrup)

Preparation

  1. Mix flour & cardamom powder

  2. Add butter & mix it until it resembles bread crumbs

  3. Add condensed milk (bit by bit) until dough forms

  4. Make gulab jamun

  5. Fry them in the Oil (pint of Oil) till golden brown

  6. Put them in the syrup and take them out same time (syrup should cook until side of pot goes white)
