Ingredients
2lb Mince meat
1 onion grated
1-2 Chillis grated (optional)
1 egg
2 tsp Dhaniya (coriander) powder
1 tsp Jeera (cumin) powder
1 tsp Haldi (turmeric) powder
¼ tsp Chilli powder
½ tsp Gharam masala
2 tsp Methi (fenugreek) leaves
Handful fresh Dhaniya (coriander)
3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Flour
0.5 - 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Mix everything together
Make them in to small round patties
Fry them with the oil in an iron frying pan
They can also be cooked in the oven, grill, BBQ or air-fryer. You can also put them on skewers for cooking in oven, grill or BBQ.
The picture shows kebabs cooked in the air-fryer.
