Ingredients
8-10 chicken or lamb Kofta kebabs (follow kofta kebab recipe)
2 large potatoes (chopped into small chunks)
1 medium onion (grated)
1 tin tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Fry onion and garlic till golden
Add tinned tomatoes, salt, pepper and sugar
Cook until the tomatoes melt
Add potatoes and seal
Add kofta kebabs and stir
Add enough water to cover the kofta and potatoes
Bring to boil and simmer for 15 mins
