Oven Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 full chicken legs (skin off)

  • 3 small onions

  • 3 tomatoes

  • Ketchup

  • Soy sauce

  • Chicken seasoning

  • BBQ seasoning

  • Mixed herbs

  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees celcius.

  2. Add generous amount of Ketchup, Soy sauce, Chicken seasoning, BBQ seasoning, Mixed herbs, Salt & Pepper to the Chicken legs and leave to marinate for a few hours.

  3. Add the Chicken legs to an oven dish. Add a bit of cooking oil and hot water.

  4. Cut the Tomatoes into halves and cut the Onions into halves or quarters. Add the Tomatoes and Onions to the oven dish.

  5. Cover the oven dish with foil and put it in the pre-heated oven for 1.5 hours.

Serve with Fried rice or Macaroni Cheese
