Ingredients

  • 1 mug of Gram flour

  • 1 potato(chopped small pieces)

  • 1 mug of Selfraising flour

  • 1 tsp of Dhaniya (coriander) powder

  • 1/2 tsp Haldi (jeera) powder

  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • Hand full of fresh Coriander (chopped)

  • 1 green chilly (Chopped)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Salt to a taste

Preparation

  1. Mix everything with little bit water to make a thick batter

  2. Drop handfuls of the mixture into a deep fryer (medium-high heat) until golden
