Ingredients
1 lb Self-raising flour
10 ounces Sugar
4 eggs
1 pint milk
Splash of water
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and whisk with electric whisk
Make pancakes in a frying pan:
Brush a little oil or melted butter in the pan before cooking each pancake
Pour 1 ladle of pancake mixture into the pan and use the ladle to round it off
The pancake is cooked on one side when there are many bubbles and it's possible to separate it from a pan with a spatula - turn it over to the other side
The second side should cook much faster
