Ingredients
4lb beef (boneless)
1 cooking spoon Cassareep (cassava sauce)
1 tbsp Sugar
12 Cloves
4 inch Cinnamon
2 Chillies
Preparation
Put meat in pot and cook until scum comes on the top
Remove the scum
Add everything else except chilli peppers
Cook the meat with twice amount of water until it's soft - for 1 hour, or pressure the meat for 15 mins (with enough water to cover the meat)
10 mins before the end, add the chilli peppers
