Ingredients
1kg mince Lamb
1 Onion
3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Dhaniya (coriander) powder
1/2 tsp Jeera (cumin) powder
1/2 tsp Haldi (turmeric) powder
1/4 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Gram flour
1 Egg (beaten)
1 tbsp Self-raising flour
1 tsp Salt
Preparation
Fry the onion and garlic until golden
Add mince meat and stir it until it's sealed
Add all the spices
Stir and add enough water to cover the meat
Cook the mince for half an hour (until meat is dry)
Add gram flour, self-raising flour, egg and mix together
Split into 12 balls and then press into a pattie
Fry in an iron frying pan with oil
